2. Vehicle Sales

Availability and Pricing

All vehicles are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until a purchase is confirmed.

Vehicle Sources

Our inventory may include vehicles sourced from financial institutions, leasing companies, private sellers, rental fleets, government agencies, and commercial fleet operators. We act as the selling dealer for all vehicles listed unless otherwise stated.

Inspection and Storage

Vehicles may be stored at third-party facilities. In-person inspections may be arranged by appointment and may require a refundable reservation deposit to secure access. Deposit terms will be disclosed prior to payment.

Vehicle Condition

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all vehicle descriptions are accurate. However, all vehicles are pre-owned and may show normal wear and use. Buyers are encouraged to review all available information prior to purchase.

14-Day Return Policy

Eligible vehicles may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms provided at the time of sale. Mileage limits and condition requirements apply. Vehicles must be returned in substantially the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Delivery

We offer delivery services within the United States through licensed and insured transport providers. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Delivery Fees

Delivery costs vary based on distance and location. Final delivery fees will be confirmed prior to purchase.

Warranty

Certain vehicles may include a limited warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration will be provided in writing at the time of sale.

Used Vehicle Disclaimer

All vehicles are pre-owned and may show normal wear and tear. Except where a written warranty is explicitly provided at the time of sale, vehicles may be sold on an “as-is” basis without additional guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Buyers are encouraged to review all available information and ask questions prior to purchase.

4. Sales Process

To complete a purchase, you may be required to provide identification, contact information, and a delivery address. We will issue a purchase agreement and payment instructions for review prior to payment.

Payments must be made to our authorized business account as specified in your invoice. We are not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts.

Once payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order, including preparation, documentation, and delivery scheduling.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platnym Auto Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of any vehicle. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the selling entity is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
