2. Vehicle Sales

Availability and Pricing

We offer vehicles at competitive prices under the payment conditions described below. All vehicles listed on our platform are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vehicle Sources

Our inventory includes repossessed vehicles acquired from banks, leasing companies, and other institutional sellers due to seizures, bankruptcies, or other financial circumstances. We also source vehicles from carefully selected private sellers, reputable rental businesses, government institutions, and business fleet owners across the United States. We act as facilitators for the sale, transaction, and delivery of these vehicles.

Inspection and Storage

Platnym Auto Sales does not store vehicles at our main business address. Our inventory is securely held at off-site storage facilities. Due to this arrangement, vehicle inspections require advance notice and a 10% refundable reservation deposit to arrange access. The deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed with the purchase after inspection.

Vehicle Condition and Quality

Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive multi-stage inspection to ensure it is free from major damages or undisclosed issues. We are committed to providing you with quality, reliable vehicles that meet our premium standards.

3. Buyer Protection Program

At Platnym Auto Sales, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priorities. Here’s how our Buyer Protection Program works:

14-Day Trial Period

You have a 14-day trial period from the date of delivery to test the vehicle. This includes up to 100 miles of test driving. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear from responsible use. Our return policy does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, or reckless driving during the trial period.

Nationwide Delivery Service

We provide professional delivery services to any address across the United States. Your vehicle will be delivered directly to your home, business, or preferred location.

Delivery Fees

Delivery within the United States starts at $550. The exact delivery cost will be confirmed based on your location and will be included in your final invoice.

6-Month Warranty

Every vehicle purchase includes a complimentary 6-month or 10,000-mile warranty, providing additional protection and peace of mind for your investment.

4. Sales Procedure

Step 1: Information Collection

When you decide to purchase a vehicle, we will request your contact information including email address, phone number, and preferred delivery address.

Step 2: Payment Invoice

We will issue a detailed payment invoice containing all payment details and vehicle information, which will be sent to your email address.

Step 3: Payment Confirmation

Once payment is made via secure bank transfer, you will need to provide proof of payment (bank receipt or transaction confirmation) for verification.

Step 4: Vehicle Preparation

After receiving and verifying your payment, we will begin preparing the vehicle for delivery, including final inspection, title processing, and insurance arrangement.

Step 5: Delivery

The vehicle will be delivered to your specified address within the agreed timeframe. Our Delivery Associate will provide all keys, documentation, and answer any questions you may have.

5. General Provisions

Limitation of Liability

Platnym Auto Sales is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or vehicle purchases. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle in question.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts based on jurisdiction.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
