At Platnym Auto Sales, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable purchasing experience. Our 14-day return policy is designed to give customers confidence when purchasing pre-owned vehicles and machinery online.

Eligibility & General Conditions

This return policy applies to eligible vehicles and machinery sold within the United States and is subject to the following conditions:

Reimbursement Terms

Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the purchase price paid for the vehicle. Non-refundable costs may include, but are not limited to, delivery charges, payment processing fees, taxes, registration fees, and any reconditioning or damage-related costs.

Eligible Buyers

This policy applies to individual consumers and licensed dealers purchasing vehicles or equipment located within the United States.

Eligible Vehicles & Machinery

Condition Requirements

The vehicle or machinery must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may result in denial of the return or deductions from the refund.

Minimum Purchase Price

The purchase price must be $1,000 or greater to qualify for return eligibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Condition of Sale (AS IS)

All vehicles are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” unless otherwise stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platnym Auto Sales disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any optional warranty coverage will be provided separately in writing at the time of sale.

Return Terms & Conditions

Return Period & Usage Limits

The 14-day return period begins on the date of delivery. The vehicle or equipment becomes ineligible for return if it exceeds:

• 100 miles of use (road vehicles)
• 20 hours of operation (machinery/equipment)

Returns will not be accepted for vehicles that have been involved in accidents, modified, misused, or damaged after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us within the return period. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping & Inspection

Return Transportation

Return transportation may be arranged by Platnym Auto Sales or the customer, depending on the circumstances of the return. Transportation costs may be deducted from the final refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection

All returned vehicles and equipment are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refund approval is contingent on meeting all return conditions outlined in this policy.

Restocking / Damage Fees

If excessive wear, damage, or missing components are identified, applicable costs will be deducted from the refund. Additional restocking or administrative fees may apply where permitted by law.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to vehicles sold as new, wholesale units, salvage vehicles, or any items specifically marked as non-returnable in the purchase agreement.

Governing Law

This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the selling entity is registered.
